I have acted for the Manchester Airport Group for a number of years dealing with matters ranging from the recovery of rent and service charge arrears, contested lease renewal proceedings, the enforcement of rent review determinations, advising upon the status of tenants of the World Freight Terminal and advising in relation to the redevelopment of the airport apron to allow for the service of the Emirates Airbus A380.
