I have extensive experience and skill in drafting and negotiating a wide range of employment contracts and settlement agreements and assist both corporate and property transactions in relation to TUPE.
I also provide day to day general HR and employment advice, particularly in relation to disciplinary and grievance procedures. I enjoy delivering training to clients and have drafted numerous policies in relation to redundancy guidance, disciplinary and grievances and sickness absence procedures.
