I act for a range of corporate clients, PLCs to limited companies, high net worth individuals and pension scheme trustees across a range of sectors. Recently, I have conducted a FOSFA arbitration in connection with the supply of palm oil in London, defended a warranty claim seeking £1.6m (following the sale of a mining company) and am pursuing the vendors of a company and our client's former professional advisers in respect of losses incurred as a result of the sale of a hotel.
I am currently working with our Pensions team in connection with an equalisation process for a very large PLC. I acted in the Hedge schemes dispute, where around £18m was invested in two funds, which the Pensions Regulator alleged was a pensions liberation vehicle. I have also dealt with a number of cross border disputes, arbitrations (under the ICC) and conducted and attended numerous mediations.
