My work portfolio covers a broad range of real estate litigation advice for investors, occupiers and developers.

I regularly act for well-known retailers and investors in disputes including the operation of break clauses, service charges, rent recovery, dilapidations claims and service charge disputes. I also frequently advise developers and investors on contentious issues which arise during the acquisition of properties, such as rights of light, easements and restrictive covenants.

I act for banks in disputes with customers about the enforceability and validity of securities.  I also have experience in professional negligence and defamation.

My clients include adidas (UK) Limited, Lancashire County Council, Banco Santander Totta SA, Whitbread and Premier Inn, Warrington Borough Council, Somerset County Council, Ecclesiastical Pension Fund, Speedy Hire, Gladedale and the Merepark Group.

My clients have commented: "Jeremy Steele's in-depth understanding of the bank's procedures enables him to provide excellent clear and insightful advice.
