Business disputes are all different. My approach is to achieve the client’s objective as efficiently and effectively as possible with minimal interruption to the business and in a way which allows clients to feel in control of legal spend.
I have significant experience of a vast range of business disputes and have built up over 15 years of practice with particular expertise in contract, professional negligence, contentious insolvency, fraud and boardroom/shareholder disputes. This has involved all aspects of litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution, even internal investigations and industry disciplinary processes.
While my practice routinely covers a wide range of business disputes, my focus is often on handling post-transaction disputes, managing contentious contract exits and disputes and handing claims involving accounting legal or tax professionals.
I present at industry conferences, most recently in the company of the former Lord Chief Justice and the Law Society President at the Solicitors Journal Live Conference 2016 where I presented on the most significant litigation developments in 2015.
Clients have described me as “Brilliant, very considered and measured. His instincts have been right and I have total faith in him” (In-house Lawyer, Hotel Group).
