I have particular expertise and a track record of success advising clients in relation to outsourcing and technology disputes as well as large and complex professional negligence claims.
I am regularly instructed by businesses to advise on issues including disputes concerning IT and telecommunication contracts, infringement of intellectual property rights and reputational issues including allegations of defamation. My particular expertise is in advising businesses in relation to emergency action (including injunctive relief) against employees, directors and competitors arising from breaches of contracts of employment and fiduciary duties and the theft of confidential information.
My approach to litigation, including funding, is flexible and innovative. Alternative dispute resolution comes naturally so I have conducted numerous mediations and have a successful track record of working with clients to identify and utilise bespoke litigation funding products which have resulted in recoveries for clients of well over £10 million.
At DWF we know that our clients want legal expertise delivered in a way that meets their commercial needs and objectives. This means thinking creatively about the way we help our clients to fund litigation and is why we have developed dwf fundlit.
Legal 500 2013 praises me for being “technically able and thorough”.
