During more than ten years of consulting on all matters of real estate investment, from acquisition (either from the market or out of compulsory auctions) to property management and all questions of tenancy law, I realised that being a competent consultant does require not only a comprehensive legal knowledge but also a thorough understanding of a client’s economic needs and restraints. Expanding my expertise in the fields of tax and economics was a logical step.
People say that lawyers are just the camels, who would carry the merchants through the desert. Having crossed many deserts together with my clients this broad approach always was the basis to rely on to find the proper solution to any challenge on the way.
Besides my practice as a lawyer I lecture on corporate and civil law and am taking preparatory courses for a forthcoming tax consulting exam.
