- Swansborough v Parry involving the liability of a motorist to an infant pedestrian for negligent parking.
- Irvine v Commissioner of the Police for the Metropolis where the application of The Workplace Regulations was considered.
- I was part of the team on the IEGL v Zurich Insurance case where the liability of an insurer to a solvent insured was considered in a mesothelioma claim where the Compensation Act 2006 was found not to apply.
- I successfully defended a lifeguard prosecuted under The Health and Safety at Work Act following the death of a disabled swimmer.
